- 16 cups of confectioner’s sugar
Procedure to prepare frosting is as follows:
- In a large bowl, mix butter and shortening. Mix it until it becomes creamy.
- Slowly add sugar cup by cup, followed by milk and vanilla extract to the creamy mixture
- Blend the mixture in an electric blender until it becomes fluffy

Recipe of White Chocolate Mocha frosting:
Ingredients used in the frosting recipe are:
- 4 packs of white chocolate
- 10 teaspoons of coffee granules
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 6 cups of confectioner’s sugar
Procedure to prepare frosting:
- In a small bowl dissolve coffee in milk.

Ingredients- for 5-6 cups of icing:
- 1 cup soft butter
- 2 packs of cream cheese
- 8 cups of sifted confectioner’s sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Procedure-
Mix the butter and cream cheese together in a bowl until it becomes smooth. Add the milk. Add one cup of sugar at a time and stir it well. Beat this mixture for more than a minute. You can use this to layer the cake and a thick paste of this mixture for piping designs on the cake border.
Fluffy Boiled Icing-
This is very good for cakes with fluffy peaks, writing on the cake, layering or creating smooth borders.
Ingredients for about 8 cups of icing-
- half cup cold water
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons meringue powder
- half cup normal temperature water
- half cup corn syrup
Procedure-
Take the meringue powder and cold water in a bowl and beat it vigorously for about 4 minutes until it becomes stiff. Mix sugar, corn syrup and water in a bowl and heat it to boiling. Let it cool for a couple of minutes. Add this syrup to the meringue mixture. Beat it well until it becomes glossy and stiff.
